How do I disable chat? For our application, even triggering it accidentally could have dire consequences.

that would be usefull. everything that could in some cases be a unused feature should have an option to turn it off. that probably saves on the performence.

anyhow, how is the "client can initiate chat"-feature going?
does it have a deadline?

Yes, disabling chat would be a good idea.

I ESPECIALLY would like to be able to disable chat when sharing a Woopra-tracked site with another user. Disable for shared users, that is. I may want you to see stats, but I sure don't want you chatting up the customers!
