I have seen this issue come up in a couple of other threads but no response yet from woopra so I am posting under it's own thread.
Over the last few days, the woopra client often displays empty windows (on the dashboard) and subsequent logging off and on repeatedly (or shutting completely several times) is required to bring back the data. The search results ("show recent visitors") is also screwed up in 3 different ways:-
1) Visitor #'s are either displaying a huge number or zero for every visitor.
2) The search result will only display visitors from today - all previous days data is gone.
3) The search result shows "0 actions" for many visitors and the number of visits on the search results does not match the number of visits on the dashboard.
