Did you add the approval code to the Members area when you added your website? Did you put the Javascript on your site in accordance with the Woopra Installation Guide? Or are you using a Plugin or add-on? What type of site are you running? WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, static HTML?
Did you put your ID number in the script and/or Pluging correctly?
There are a lot of reasons why it isn't working, so please check the Guide thoroughly to make sure you followed every step.
