When I define Event Notifications in the client, is this definition stored in my local client, or up on the service itself?

If I create an Event notifcation on Computer 1, and then open Woopra on Computer 2, would the Event notification be synchronized between computers?

Yes, notifications are stored on the server. This feature was added a while back so that you don't have to keep setting up the same notifications on different machines. :-)
