Everthing works - but the visitor search

Hi there!
Since the last downtime for maintanance everything works fine in my account, exept when I klick on the "Search" button. There are no recent visitors. Although there are people visiting my site and they are even tracked by woopra. But as soon as they leave the page woopra seems to "forget" them. Any solution?!

I've been having the same problem for weeks. Woopra can you please fix this?

We are having a similar problem. It first started with way over reporting visitors, now under the analytics button/overview tab, there are no visits or pageviews for the past 4 days. Website is skywayperspectives.org. Thanks.

If it's helpful - my site with no search visitor data is http://www.sitejabber.com - everything on woopra seems to work except the "search" feature.

My search function started to work again after not working for over a month! However page content is now not displaying for a few days. It came back for a little while today and disappeared again. Running windows vista on my laptop and XP on my PC, same thing.
