I didn't know how to describe it in the topic title.
Here is the problem.
I have a site shared (by woopra) with another friend.
My friend starts a conversation with a user on the page while we both are logged in to the woopra desktop client.
He exchanges some messages with the user. I am not aware of the conversation.
Then the visitor closes the chat in his browser. My friend gets the infromation that the visitor ended the conversation which is fine. The problem is that I also recieve the information that the conversation was ended (a popup box appears) and I don't see the messages exchanged.
I expect to either see all the chats other people are having with my visitors or I don't want to be informed about them at all.
An option to restrict/manage conversations would be even better.
