I have Woopra set up for my domain. However I run the forum off a subdomain and not a domain.com/forum..

Do i need to make a new request for forum.domain.com?

well the domain already has tracking but i presumed it would cover a whole domain (didn't think about the whole new domain is a sub).

I have now put just a temp page in index as it was just re-directed to forums (but tracking code didn't work on forum.)http://holfy.com went straight to forum.holfy.com without loading a page (use of php redirect)

I'll have to wait the full approval time? If I hjad of known that I would have just added the sub indstead of the root domain.

  • Currently during the testing phases, a subdomain is a domain. Sorry for the confusion, but we had to put constraints in place at this time. There will be more flexibility as beta testing opens towards the release candidate. Thanks for your patience.

Okay well i have multiple sites that take on a subdomain for its forum... How many is the limit that we can have Woopra stats on?

  • We have asked only one website per tester during the beta period on the FAQ (http://www.woopra.com/faq/) but many members have more than one and we haven't denied them yet.
