  • Once again (after some weeks doing fine) some vistors is hanging, its two hours since they were active but they are still showing up in the "live"-tab.

An other problem I am having is that my name are showing up, even though I'm not using a web browser, kinda weird isn't it? When willl you remove the admins from the stats?

I also have a hanging user. I have a user that's supposedly been on my site for over 24 hours now which is highly unlikely as they haven't been active in 22 some hours.

Also w/ the admin stats I've used Drupal and it'll automatically not track the admin - maybe you could write something into your sites to not run the js if you are logged in.

I have the same problem since a day or 2! No fix yet?

  • This is actually a feature not a bug. And it makes Woopra much more accurate.

When it says that the user is there and idle, that means that the user has left the page open and doing other things on the PC. Which means you can always try to send him/her a message.

We will be adding anyway a feature in the client that says: Hide idle users.

I've got the same problem (with 1.2 RC2Beta). And I know that the user isn't idle because that user is me. I viewed my page and left it and yet it still shows up on woopra with me viewing that page. I've had a number of cases over the last week where a viewer has apparently been on for 10s of hours.
