HELP! Insallation guide not clear.

Hi guys. I need a detailed explanation as to how to get this working.
I'm not into web site code but need to see stats on our web site.
Can some one please help and explain how I can get this to work?
Do I need to get the web site designers involved? Can I do this myself.
How do I actually install, in detail, the script on the web site

Under "My Websites" click on "Code" for the website you what to install. That will show you the javascript you need to install on the website before the </body> tag in your HTML pages. If you have a way to insert the code without having to manually update all the files, just edit that one file.

Thanks for the reply. As mentioned before, this is way beyond my comprehension. How do I get the HTML pages from the web site. Is there no detailed explanation on how to do this, with screen dumps?

I'm sorry to be a pain, but I really want this to work.
