    Hi there,

    We are now using woopra for about 4 weeks and since the beginning there were frequent reports that the homepage doesn't load any more.
    After some testing, the only solution was removing the js code (see below).

    Did you receive similar reports?
    Could that be a strange network/firewall issue?

    <script type="text/javascript">var woopra_id = '20911XXXXX';</script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://static.woopra.com/js/woopra.js"></script>

    best,
    wewo

    Im running this script on a relative active forum without any problems.

    did you make sure the script is put in at the bottom of the page? just before </body>

    First the woopra script was in the header, now it's just before the </body> tag. I still receive reports that the website is not loading correctly :(

    @admins: could you move this post to the bug section?

    Can you post the url?
    Is there any javascript bug message on the IE statusbar once your on the site?

    I've heard that some sites needed to have a backslash before single qoutes.

    like:
    <script type="text/javascript">var woopra_id = /'20911XXXXX/';
    </script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://static.woopra.com/js/woopra.js"></script>

    However that should've affect all visitors :/ - but you can try.

    Have you asked those visitors who reports about the bug, what browser and OS they on? See if there is any connection

    Sure, the URL is http://www.baumeinhaus.at/
    As you can see the code is actually inactive.

    The affected computers are all windows 2000 with IE6 and Norton Antivirus.

    Maybe there are some strange VPN settings causing the problem.
