Help us help you make Woopra better by following the guidelines in the post:
http://www.woopra.com/blog/2008/08/06/how-to-help-woopra-and-woopra-members-on-the-forums/
and the Installation Guide instructions and warnings about Woopra during out private closed beta testing phase:
http://www.woopra.com/installation-guide/
Specifically, when reporting an issue or bug, be as specific and detailed as you can. Include the operating system and Java version you are using, and tell us the type of website (forum, static, WordPress, Joomla, etc.) you are using Woopra on. The more specific you are, the more responsive we can be.
If you are pasting code or error code, please use a paste code bin such as http://pastebin.com/.
Search first to see if there is a forum post already covering your question or issue. Respond there.
The testing of the downloadable Release Candidates of Woopra is not for the weak of heart and spirit. It is for those determined to help Woopra improve and offer feedback. If you are having problems with it, please revert to the older stable version of Woopra.
