    Hello,

    I have installed the code into my all pages, but I don't see any stats. Anyone can explain me why please ?

    Posted 3 months ago #
  • Woopra is tracking your website stats. Not sure what problem you're reporting or seeing.

    When I go to "My Websites", I don't see no stats.

    I put the code into my all pages, but I don't have a stat. I read only : "Your query returned no results"

  • You should be getting web stats now. Some pages may not have content.

    I have the same problem. The code is in place but stats are empty both in desktop application and on a website.

    I'm having a similar, yet little bit different problem.

    I do have stats in the desktop client, but not on the website...

    I too have no stats. In fact I'm tracking 2 sites. One is a wordpress blog and it stopped tracking on September 1st. I thought it was because of a domain name change but after registering the new domain, following the wordpress instructions from the woopra site, 2 days later I still have no stats.

    The other blog is a Typepad blog that used to trac fine but now always says "Disconnected" in the woopra interface. I didnt change anything.

    Its really frustrating.

  • I have same problem as Goeleven: Stats on desktop client, but none on the website.

  • In order to track this down more efficiently, we need to know where you are not seeing the stats (client, Woopra website, WordPress Plugin), your operating system, the type of website you have (TypePad, WordPress, static, etc.), and other details that will help us figure this out.

    Please see http://www.woopra.com/blog/2008/08/06/how-to-help-woopra-and-woopra-members-on-the-forums/ for more information on how to help us during this beta testing phase. Thanks!!!

    Wordpress version: 2.6.2
    Wordpress Plugin: 1.3.4

    Not seeing stats on:
    -Woopra website (not so important)
    -Wordpress dashboard (quite important)

    Stats show correctly on the desktop application but they never appeared on the woopra webiste or the wordpress dashboard.

    I've disabled all my plugins and kept active only Woopra, but with no results. So it can't be about a plugin conflict.

  • As mentioned: I have stats on client, but none on woopra webite.
    My homepage is made in Frontpage.
    I use Win Vista.

    The stats are very fine on my client. When logging in here on http://www.woopra.com there are no stats.

    Hope this is somehow useful.

    Same problem here. Here are the details:

    WP v2.6.2
    Woopra Plugin v1.3.4

    No stats on woopra.com
    No stats on blog dashboard
    Stats are appearing properly in the desktop application

    Hi,
    I'm having a similar problem to everyone else.

    WP version 2.6.2
    Woopra Plugin 1.3.4

    I am definitely getting automatic results from the Woopra client, but I'm not able to see anything in the WP dashboard - under Woopra Analytics - nor am I able to see anything by logging into the Woopra members area.

    Getting "Your query returned 0 results" for both the WP dashboard, and the online Woopra dashboard under My Websites, View stats. Actually, the reply online is "Your query returned no results".

    I've subscribed to this RSS feed through my reader so I hope that everyone with the same issue will post here and not create additional threads - especially if they have the same problem.

    Similar problem on my 2 sites:
    1.) WP blog 2.6.1 stats get tracked and stats are available in desktop app (Mac OS 10.5.x), not available in website (both Safari and FF3). Love the search stats by the way, awesome!

    2.) Website with manual code install is not tracked at all (no stats through web or app). Visitors are there as tracked by statcounter and Google.
    Thx, Daniel

    I thought I would add my similar problems to the list.

    I'm running 1 site with the Joomla plugin and 2 sites with manual code.

    All sites report data live.
    All sites report data in the analytics tab.
    1 site doesn't return any results when doing a search query in the desktop app.
    None of them will show me stats on the members page on Woopra.

    I have stats for only 2 of the 3 websites I am tracking on my desktop and on Woopra.com. The third blog is showing me nothing.
    All three are blogger blogs, and are using the manual code.
    I just re-installed the code on the third blog (the one with no stats) just to ensure that I didn't copy and paste it incorrectly (looks like I did, still the same). I have no visitors for the month despite having several comments on several concurrent days, when obviously I had visitors to the site.

    Mine just sits there saying "Connecting".

    Nothing but news and ads. Tracking code is installed. What am I missing?

    Adding my 4 sites to this thread. I'm using WP 2.6.2 on 3 of the 4 sites, and the latest Woopra/Wordpress plugin on all of them.

    For about one month after Woopra was installed my 4 sites reported stats in WP wp-admin panel as well as the desktop Woopra application. Then about 6 weeks ago they all stopped reporting stats, though the Slimstat plugin and Google Analytics show visits. I thought this might fix itself, but it's been 6 weeks and still no change.

    Woopra Desktop Client Version: 1.2 Beta

    Yesterday, the following script was installed on all pages of our website:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    var woopra_id = '722906577';
    </script>

    </body>
    </html>

    and I can connect to my website from within the Woopra desktop client but no statistics are appearing. The Woopra message is "Oops! No data to show :(

    Ideas / help are appreciated. Thanks, Sandra
