Installed Woopra JS code into page but no stats!

Hi Woopra Support!

We received an invitation to use Woopra and we have installed the analytics javascript code into our website.

The problem that we're experiencing is we are not receiving any stats whatsoever.

Could you look into our account and see if we are doing anything wrong?

Do you need to install Woopra's software in order for the stats to take effect?

I haven't done that yet.
But in my honest opinion, you shouldn't have to install the software in order to view the basic stats...

Okay I've installed the software... the software shows the stats, but the basic web stats still do not show up on the Woopra website.
