The codes did indeed exist, but yes at the moment we have ceased handing them out. :-)
Originally we only handed out 200 of the invites to the closed beta, but since demand has been CRAZY we extended the beta to a couple thousand folks. We are now at a point where we need about a week (2 max) to do some bug squashing and then we'll begin approving many (if not all) of the requests in the queue.
So, the best thing you can do now is to just use the "Add a Website" link in the Member area and hop on the waiting list. We will get everyone approved as fast as possible.
