When I go to the analytics section of Woopra, I have to set the date range to include the month of June in 2008 for it to show any information. Even then it only shows analytics data for June 19 through June 27, yet I know that the last time I logged in to Woopra (granted it was a couple of weeks ago, I was on vacation), there was data in there from the time I joined and was accepted (late April/early May) through to the present time. Now, in analytics there is missing information except for the brief time period in June. Yet, I know there have been visitors, because when I go to the search button along the side of the Woopra desktop software, it shows data from today back to July 26, 2008 (although even that is not showing everything, because I can't get it to show any data before July 26, and again I know there is more data than that).

I am running the latest version of Woopra on Windows Vista Home Premium.

i also have the same issue! is the server down ...but it has been so for days

  • As mentioned in the announcement on the blog, servers will be on and off during the first few days of the upgrade to ensure all are working right with the new version and server changes. Hang in there. If it is down, it means that your server is in the process of being upgraded and you should see the benefits when it is done. :D

it's been almost a month now guys - I'm still without any stats - is there anything I can do? Wordpress plugin doesn't work - nothing. It's been blank for way too long - is there something I'm supposed to do? A new code snippet?

I am seeing the same problem in the desktop client. I can get stats from June to show up in the desktop client, but WordPress plugin shows no analytics at all. Wonder if it is related?

  • I am also having problems with one of my websites not showing any data. When I search for recent visitors it always shows up 0 of 0. My other sites work flawlessly, though. Any suggestions?

Same issue here - nothing on the wordpress dashboard - updating to the August 28th plugin corrected that and now I can see the wordpress woopra analytics however no visits shown in the client or in the wordpress dashboard. It's been this way for several weeks.

On August 24th all stats recording dropped off completely. I have zeros across the board. My daily chart that shows visits and pageviews is still recording traffic, but nothing is being saved.

    Is this a bug?
