No data in web interface.

    I haven't been able to see any stats in the web interface for my site for a few days now. Is there some type of extended maintenance going on?

    I also have no data online. Worse yet, I've been running Woopra for several weeks and, although the desktop client is now working again, all the statistics I had accumulated prior to the upgrade are gone, just like the online data.

    Announcements at this point like "Server Maintenance Completed" remind me a lot of "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq.

  • All my visitors are showing as being on the forum landing page all the time. and visitors that haven't been online for 24 hours are still listed.

    nothing for me either, you'd expect that at some point someone might acknowledge this issue.
    Even a "hey, we see you are having this problem and we are working on it." would be nice.

    Never worked for me either. I wonder if the support monitors their forum to check what people are going through. This is suppose to be beta testing and so "bug" reports should be taken seriously and acknowledged.

    No data ever in the web interface and the application's data often disappears or is spotty.....

    A official response from Woopra would be nice... how can we test out a service and have a 10,000 visit limit and the service not actually work?

    No data online and just a few moments ago the Woopra desktop client disconnected.
    When I reconnected one of my sites was gone from the desktop client :-(
