  • Is this happening again or is it just me?

I haven't been able to see any stats in the web interface for my site for a few days now.

  • Not that great, but maybe the web interface has a pretty low priority.
The client is for sure more important.

  • If the Woopra WordPress Plugin is not working for you after applying the fix offered by Shane here in the forums [ http://www.woopra.com/forums/topic/woopraphp-line-21#post-4373 ], deactivate the Plugin and add the Javascript manually as outlined in the Woopra Guide http://www.woopra.com/installation-guide/ . Then track your stats in the desktop client version of Woopra.

If the Woopra software is giving you problems, then exit and relaunch the program and it should work fine. As with all betas, there are still some glitches with the new release, and we're working to get those fixed and a new update released.

Remember to be as specific as possible in reporting the issues you are having so other beta testers and the developers can try to recreate the issues and problem solve them. Thanks! See http://www.woopra.com/blog/2008/08/06/how-to-help-woopra-and-woopra-members-on-the-forums/ for info on reporting bugs.

  • Also, the blog post announcing the updated release mentioned downtime with servers as Woopra is updated across servers around the world. The improvements in the server code are incredible, but it takes a little time. Be patient. It will be worth it. Woopra is running faster than ever now with improvements from beta testers and the developers.

I am NOT using the plugin and have used Woopra successfully for nearly 2 or more months. I opened up my console this morning and the only site I really track was missing, and the API key now says "null".

I also checked my other sites, and all are connected with the javascript in the pages (no plugin) and none are recording visits. :(

  • Then it might be your turn at the server upgrade. Be patient. Is it still not connecting?

No stats since August 23. Done all the tweaks you recommended. Neither Wordpress or desktops stats work.

The desktop woopra app run well but no way to have the analytics in wordpress dashboard. With the last plugin version for WP the design is better but it didn't run before and didn't run after plugin update.
