No Time Zone for Iran

Got the following e-mail from a user in Iran:

I Use Woopra For My Website From Iran That Is Time Zone 3.5...
But I Can't Change My Website Time Zone To 3.5...
Please Help Me For This Problem...

In the next release (this Friday) you will be able to choose your timezone from a drop down list containing all timezones (region + offset) in the world -including IRAN.

Hi...
Very thanks for this apposite Update...
But I have a question again...
In "My Websites" menu, I select timezone "4" for my website...
Now, What difference between this option and drop down list...?!

You will be able to select something like Asia/Tehran GMT+3.5 (I'm not sure about the numbers)
