I have two approved domains using Woopra. I'm also using the WP plugin on both sites and have both Woopra IDs inserted into the Woopra options.

Woopra is tracking visitors and stats on one of my domains.

On the other, it shows 0 (zero) visitors, even when I visit. It's only just happened today. It looks like it was tracking fine this morning, but then stopped at some point and hasn't picked up since. Figured I'd post here about it in case you want to track these things when they happen.

  • I know this is dumb, but I did it. Did you check to make sure that you put different ID numbers in each of the two sites?

Oh, you say that it stopped working and then started tracking? Is it tracking now? We're moving things around on the server and when we make changes in the program, you will see some timeouts as we work on things and solve problems. That's part of the testing phase. So is it working again?

    Hey Lorelle -

Thanks for the quick reply. And it doesn't sound dumb.. I did check to make sure I put the right ID numbers in because that is totally something I would do lol

As of right now, its not working on my personal domain: justagirlintheworld.com

(although it was working there earlier today)

But it is working on my biz domain: ewebscapes.com

    *ghost in the machine* :)

Oh...and I did exit out of the Woopra desktop client and restart it to see if that would make a difference...but, no love :)

Our sites had the code installed for two days with '0' visitors, yet i know this isn't the case.

hmm.. seems to get caught up: 'connecting to engine4.woopra.com' - then times out.

  • Is this topic talking about the lack of data from Woopra to the Java client in the last 2 to 3 hours? Even when I pop into my site, I'm not getting any feedback telling me that there is a visiter when normally it does. I am just assuming that there is something wrong with Woopra.

It's working for me now, on both domains, perfectly. Many thanks!

I have the same problem. I have 3 domains and it works fine on 2 of them but does not work on one - http://www.CrabAppleForest.com Engine12 may also be in trouble....

  • Yep, it's up for me now too. Must have been a server glitch. No biggie. Just shows how much I miss it when it's down.

Still nothing for the 3rd day. :(

  • DeviceWire,

I think you figured this out... your DeviceWire.com is redirecting to the .co.uk domain which is causing the problem. I see that you've submitted the other domain and it's pending approval.

I'd approve it for you now and let you delete the other one, but the servers are at capacity. We should have more in the next couple of days, so ping me via the contact form with a reminder and when we get the servers up I'll approve you manually since you already waited once!
