    Hi,

    I went ahead and did the manual installation, putting the JS code on each of my pages at http://www.oyeme.com, but I don't see any stats coming is, even though I have a live apache log with plenty of activity.

    Is there a header JS that's missing from the instructions? I verified that I'm using the exact same code.

    My website runs on Linux Fedora. I downloaded the Windows Java client.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Jorge, I don't see any Woopra code on your home page. Guess you took it out.

    Hi, I have same problem with my site http://www.guide-bulgaria.com - I put it before 30min - there are activity but not live stats (or may be there is some kind of delay? how much?)

    regards
    Ivan

  • Ivan, your website is extremely slow to load. I do see stats for myself when I finally load up your page. Moving between pages on your website is also extremely slow.

    Hi,

    yes - I have problems with the server. Now it is a bit better. The problem with stats is other: I see the stats in Firefox or IE7 but not with IE6. My opinion is it is because CSS error (the woorpa menu is displayed wrong too in IE6 - the buttons are on 100%, in column instead in one row)

  • It's likely that we may have an issue with IE6. Elie doesn't like it. Please use Firefox or IE7. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Have any of you who were having problems receiving data started getting data yet? If so what did you do to fix it?

    I had the same error, I checked the code and missed the second part of the code, be sure that you inlcude two scripts:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    var woopra_id = 'your number';
    </script>
    <script src="http://static.woopra.com/js/woopra.js"></script>

    Now it works for me,

    Hope this help

    And on mine (although my website isn't live to outside visitors just yet... however, I'm still visiting it and nothing has appeared at all)

    OK, thanks to the one person who clicked the link in my comment, I can now confirm that I *am* seeing traffic stats. However, I still don't see my own. What can I be doing wrong? According to a recent forum post, there is no way of 'blocking yourself', so why can't I see my own requests showing up?

    Bobby,
    I've just visited your site, so you should see another one in there :-)

    However, I figured out what was up with my code - I was using it on a subdomain rather than the main domain. I've just registered the subdomain so I'll wait for it to be approved.

    Hope that helps anyone else who thinks that it covers all subdomains on the main domain. I hear they may do that later, but right now it doesn't

    Bobby - Ohhhhhhh, that'll be why.

    Odd that is says using http://whatever.com would cover subdomains when I signed up, least I swear it did.

    Okay, data is collected and can be viewed with client for my site, but not at woopra.com profile.

    I used the Woopra WordPress plug in. I do have traffic on my site. My Feedjit and WP Stats are showing me the traffic, but Woopra only shows me on the site. It hasn't logged any of the other visitors.

    I'm not getting any data since I installed Woopra (as a WordPress plugin).

    I've tried changing my site to be http://banalleakage.com and no data gets collected.

    Everything looks like it's setup correctly.

    Fixed my Woopra issue. Not sure why I didn't think to do this earlier. I disabled the WordPress plugin and inserted the javascript code into the footer page of my site... it now works.

    I was hoping to have the WP plugin work, but not an issue now that it's working.

    WordPress is at 2.5.1.

    Happy now. Just wish I could have gotten it to work sooner to have more data to collect. Regardless, can't wait to try this out now.
