Nothing showing on http://spectacu.la

    Great product and great idea, but there may be some issues... we run http://spectacu.la which is in the process of launching (no marketing yet) and I learned about Woopra just as I was about to install Google Analytics. So... why not give the new boy a try-out :o)

    Unfortunately I'm not having much joy at the moment. The plugin loaded fine, and it's outputting the appropriate Javascript, but no signs of any life on the reports or control panel. I'll admit we're very low traffic right now, but not quite zero!

    Any ideas?

    There are several solutions to your problem, at least with the limited information you've given us.

    If the Woopra WordPress Plugin is not working for you after applying the fix offered by Shane here in the forums, deactivate the Plugin and add the Javascript manually as outlined in the Woopra Guide. Then track your stats in the desktop client version of Woopra.

    If the Woopra software is giving you problems, then exit and relaunch the program and it should work fine. As with all betas, there are still some glitches with the new release, and we're working to get those fixed and a new update released.

    Hi Lorelle and thanks for the prompt response. Your links didn't seem to work, but gave enough information to allow me to work out what to do.

    Now that it's working right I can see what a great tool it is to see how someone interacts with the website. Being able to chat to visitors is nice too, though often they navigate away at just the wrong moment.

    I look forward to seeing this service develop. Good luck!
