null API key?

    I upgraded my wordpress plugin to the beta version to try out the new analytics in my dashboard. Troubleshooting the data not loading today, I went to my websites listed on woopra.com profile and it says my API key is null today, whereas two days ago I had a value that was used in the woopra plugin options.

    Any ideas what is going on?

    facing same issue with one of my websites. i have 2 sites foro one website API Key is there and for other it is NULL. how to get the key back ?

    1 out of 5 has NULL Key - main site.

    only using desktop client.

    any resolution?

    ps - if it's any help. when i load my site it 'hangs' - waiting for reply from ENGINE6.WOOPRA.COM

    Logging into woopra.com also now taking forever...

    Site 'hangs' - trying to load engine1.woopra.com - it eventually loads bu takes forever...same behaviour on desktop client...takes forever to authenticate...

    is this in some way related to NULL Key value missing in site profile(s)???

    something very weird is going on here...can't see why members need to wait for (some claim) up to a week to get this resolved.

    seems more like a data integrity issue...?
