Possible Problem with Wordpress Templates

Hi, Thanks for great work
I have successfully installed woopra plugin and activated my account of http://civil20.com/, and the java script code are appeared in my page sources as well, but no statistics in my analytics page showed.
I do not have any "footer.php" in my website's custom templates but I have been placed the "<?php wp_footer(); ?>" code in all of my templates (index.php, archive.php, page.php ...) right before the "</body>" tag and as you see it have been replaced with the javascript codes successfully. so where is the problem?

Update: It seems that woopra java software on windows shows my statistics well but the online web stats still doesn't work, so what do you think the problem is?
