When I try to initiate a chat with a user all the content on the end users page, other than the header disapears. The chat then works as expected if the end user replies. However; makes the page un-navigatable.
Have you talked to the authors of the Joomla script plugin? Are you using it? Have you done a search of the forums to see the mention of others Joomla users who are having trouble? Their trouble might be the same as yours.
Woopra does not currently support the Joomla script, so check with the authors for support as the problem may lie there.
