Yes, and also the order on the frontpage should be more like this:

1. Latest Discussions
2. Forums
3. Views
And kill the tags from the main content area, because they are also in the top-right corner (hence redundancy).
Unless Woopra (analytics -> popular pages) is telling you differently ;-)
