For the past hour or two, when I search for recent visitors all I get is "loading..."

Am I the only one having this problem or something going on? Using the release candidate and Vista.

I haven't been able to get search to work any time I tried using it either. Just gets stuck on "searching."

    Woopra...

The problem is fixed, but you are missing the point!! I don't know if it was a momentary (24 hour) glitch or something wrong. How do I know if it will happen again! Communicate!!! It's beta, we expect problems, but tell us what happened...give us confidence in you!!!

    Medalia,
As you may have noticed, Elie is working on the website/forums to improve the communication between you guys and the Woopra team.
Regarding the glitches, we update our servers frequently, so some features -including the search- will not work when the servers are down. Of course, we are working to minimize the down time of the service, but meanwhile, I hope you understand our situation, that we are doing more work and less talk.
And be sure that we DO read all your posts, and we are completely aware of all the problems that you report.
    Thanks!

    Hi Jad...
Thanks for your response. However, I think you're looking at this from a developer's point of view and not a user's.

If someone from Woopra would take 5 minutes and put up a note on the forum or blog telling the users to expect glitches or outages "for the next 12 hours" or that "search won't be working for a short while", then we users would be willing to accept that. But when something goes down and no one from Woopra answers a forum entry, people "walk"...they don't want to be bothered with the program.

Jad, I love your program and very badly want it to succeed, but please look at the problem from the user's point of view!

    Thank you...

    Jad...

This is what I am talking about...
Search stopped working again about 2-3 hours ago. Is it something that has to do with my Woopra or is this a problem with many people? If you had put a note on the forum that you are updating a server, then I would know and not question anything. As it is, Woopra isn't working and I don't know why...frustrating!
