Search - Loading... and Loading... and Loading

  • Hi!

    I have problems with the Search function of my Woopra desktop client (version 1.1.2.2).

    When I click on SEARCH, I receive the message "Loading...". But actually, nothing loads since yesterday...

    All other functions of my desktop client work fine... Restarting the software and restarting my PC did not help.

    Any ideas?

    I'm having the same issue. No searches are working at all in the Search screen, not even Show recent visitors. And mine has not worked for 3-4 days. Thank you.

    I have it in all search and analytics, and live shows nothing.
    Fedora Core, just updated Woopra around 6/17/08 (1.1.2.2 beta).

    I get a very long load time at the beginning, then the pages populate, but only show Loading.

    At least once, it suddenly came to life after around an hour.

  • Hi! My search is loading again... but only the today's visits... A search for older dates does not function at all..

  • Yes, I'm having the same issue. Using Woopra 1.1.2.2 beta.

    "Search" page only shows today's results, from 00:00 hours local time. So when it's 01:00 hours, can't see any of yesterday's hits.

    Then when I click to view more for each user, "Loading actions..." comes up.

    I'll have to say at the moment, that it is random as to which ones will be successfully viewed and which ones will hang on and stay on "Loading actions..."

    I thought it had something to do with the number of actions the user took - I had problems from 1 through to 20 actions, some worked, some not.

  • We are aware of the issue and fixing it for the next version, which should be coming soon. This isn't happening for all the users, so it's been interesting to track down the issue, so your very specific input on what operating system you are using and how you installed the script to your site may help us to track down these issues better and faster.   • I'm on XP Pro 2002 Service Pack 3

    Installed Woopra, whatever version couple of months ago.
    I only remember Woopra updating the client-side-software only once, to current 1.1.2.2 beta.

    Using Woopra plugin for Wordpress 2.5.1 as provided on this website.

    The recent (woopra) maintenance a couple hours ago looks promising. I'm thinking maybe "new" data collected from now would show properly. Some older stuff (pre the server maintenance) I'm still having problems with the "loading actions..."

  • It's been 2 days, and as I suspected earlier - all the new data collected since that server maintenance has been showing good.

    Still the same system specs on my end, the Search Page details now show consistently. No problems with me with this issue now.
