    With Woopra windows version,
When I click visitorID, visitor name filter fills and search result can't find results.

If a write ID manually to visitor ID section than I can filter results.

Search pane has to be aware of clicked visitorID or Name to fill corrrect filter (Visitor ID: field or Visitor Name field)

  • This works for me. I click on the visitorID and that field fills in in the filter area and the display immediate only shows the visits made by that visitor ID. I am using the Windows version. Did I do something different from you?

VisitorId and visitorName columns are same column on the listview.
When I click a name visitorname filter fills and it displays search results like below picture:

But when I click a guest visitor like visitor #nnn then again visitor name filter fills instead of visitorID field so search cannot find anything.
