To correct this, I normally had to manually remove the Woopra.exe process in Task Maanger and then re-run Woopra again. It always work...unless the service is down
Thanks ITwins...that's exactly what I do all the time. This time, though, it didn't help. I just tried it again about 1/2 hour ago and this time it worked so I assume the service was down.
I just wish someone from Woopra would respond in a timely manner when they see a forum entry of no service.
