  • We have completed the server upgrades. If you are experiencing any issues, please let respond on this topic.

You may also have noticed that the Client has been updated. John P will post a Blog article on the changes/bug fixes you should expect. Please give us a day or so to post this.

    Thanks for your patience.

I'm guessing not being able to log in to the client is an issue ?\

I'm using the java client on Windows XP, downloaded the latest version and it sits trying to connect but never makes it.

I'm having the login issue as well.
I did have some problems the last few days with some server message on the dashboard. I was able to download an update and it was running fine last night, but has been a dead duck all day today.

Hope I can get a few more sites approved when everything is working properly.

    thanks

  • Hi!

Since 5 min, I can log in again.

Now Woopra shows me 80% less visitors than WordPress.com Stats (I have compared the last day).

But I like the new SEARCH page design.

Cannot log in. I get the endless "Connecting to Woopra..." loop. (I checked the About menu, and the client has not updated yet. I'll manually do that now, I guess.)

I can't log in. Woopra was updated automatically to 1.1.2.1 and everything worked fine at first, but now I also see the "Connecting to Woopra..." loop.

    Hi all,

Since the update I have not been able to get Analytics > Referrers > Regular Domains to load. Everything else works jut fine, just the Regular Domains part won't load.

Me too. I saw some statistics briefly yesterday, but the Windows client just waits endlessly "Connecting to Woopra"

This explains why I couldn't log in 3 days ago. Today I was able to log in to get the code for a 2nd blog, however, all the previous stats for my first blog have disappeared. (!!!)

  • ifj, I thought I had lost my prior stats too. I didn't. You'll see tabs across the top for your various blogs. Click on the tab for your old blog and the stats will be there. At least they were for me when I just added second blog site

Dale, when I log into the members area I see my two blogs listed. I click on "view stats" under "analytics" for the oldest blog, but every tab comes up "Your query returned no results". It's the same for all the tabs. All the stats are gone and no new ones are being recorded. :(

When I try to connect it now suddenly say "You have been disconnected" after it tried to load the webpages.

    Version 1.1.2.2 beta

So I am not able to login, but was able to do so earlier today, with the same version.

Oh btw I would like if there somewhere in the download area would be stated what the current version of the software is, so we better can keep track weather we are updated or not.

This is really bad. All week long I get the connecting to websites, then disconnect line. It's a shame, because there was a lot of hype on this program and it sure looked good....but the fact is maybe this is just hype. There are a lot of posts on people having the same problem, but nothing is being corrected. I don't get the feeling that there is a concern to get it corrected with the number of people having the same issues. Hopefully, this message will be taken to heart?

  • This is only a beta-version, and we should all be thankfull to the Woopra staff for letting us test this fantastic application, but it has indeed been a lot of problems this week - I'm sure it will be fixes sometime soon :)

  • Please revert to the old version, this new one is too buggy and unstable. It also consume a huge amount of cpu and ram.

Can't log in today using the application.

This week has been kinda up and down, the most unusual thing was that the visitor numbers shot up to really large numbers!

In any case, it is sad to not get my woopra fix today :(

Haven't been able to log in for the past week!

    "Connected! Loading websites..."

loading graphic spin, spin, spin, spins

    "You have been disconnected..."

Using 1.1.2.2 beta... tried regular loading and "run as administrator"...

    NADA.

    Anyone?
