    Hey guys:
I've been signed up to have my site checked by Woopra for a month now and I've had the code on my site for a week or better and still no info avalible. Why?
What do I have to do?

  • Have you checked the code? Did you put it in the right spot, within your footer? Did you add your ID number to the code? Do you see the stats on the website but not in the Woopra desktop client? Or are both empty?

A little more information would help us resolve this issue. I know it is annoying. If you are using WordPress, I recommend that you remove the manual code and just install the Woopra WordPress Plugin.
