  • I've been running Woopra for a few hours and loving it so far. I'm showing about 60 users on my site from all over the world and things are looking good. However, a friend of mine is in St. Louis and he's browsing around but I see no sign of him in the client application. When I jump on to the site, I see my activity almost instantly, but not him. We've tried changing browsers on his end, restarting browsers, but I can't find him at all (tried searching via ip, browser, platform, city, even country), but there's no sign of him.

Are there any configurations that are not tracked?

  • You must have Javascript enabled for Woopra to be able to track you.

    rhuk,

He meant the client has to have JS enabled on their browsers when visiting your site. :) If the client browser is not executing JS, then Woopra won't be able to see them.
