Unfortunatley if you've only just signed up there may be a wait period. This is because woopra is in beta and is undergoing mass demand which was unprecidented :)
Basically if you've just signed up, check your email each day and soon you'll get an email to say your website is approved and you can track. Then come back here and click your username in the top right, then choose My Websites. You should see a get code button next to the website name.
