I have discovered that letters from the Swedish alphabet and special characters ( å ä ö) are shown has questions marks (?) in the visitors prompt but not in the admins.
Ok, lets hope thet fix this because otherwise the visitors you chat with will not understand a thing of what you say since every other word contains these letters.
