This has been written several times in the posts below, but thought I'd be a bit more descriptive. At first, the problem was the program freezing. And I also noticed that my statistics weren't updating (anywhere), but I had attributed it to the program freezing up.

So, instead of waiting for an answer on why the program was freezing and not updating, I decided to install Woopra on another computer. It hasn't frozen there, but the stats have have still not changed. It looks like the stats stopped updating yesterday, June 3rd. I get thousands of visitors per day to my vbulletin site so it's not for lack of visitors.

What could be wrong? Is there server work or migration being done? I'm pretty sure you are all very busy and I appreciate the work you are doing.

Okay, new update to what is going on. When I installed the software onto my other computer, I could click on all of the different areas, e.g. analytics, live, etc, without the program freezing up. It hadn't been updating anything all day, so it was in essence, "inactive". However, at 1:00 AM, it suddenly start updating statistics again, which was just 30 minutes ago. I'm cautiously assuming this has to do with a server reset or information flush.

The other curious thing I noticed is the statistics stop updating after 10,000 user hits to the site. For June 2nd, I got hundreds of visitors, and 10,000 hits. Same thing for June 3rd. My guess is there is some sort of server cap or restriction upon updating a site once it reaches 10,000 hits.

Lastly, when it finally did start updating, the program started freezing up again! Argh!

I'm having the same issue, stopping at 10,000 hits...

I think we are all hitting this limit.

Is this true? Is 10,000 hits really the daily limit? If so, then the software wouldn't be that useful to my website, since it easily attains that many hits in a couple of hours. If it is indeed the limit, then it needs to be raised dramatically for this software to have any comprehensive quality.

In any case, let's find out what the deal is with the software "freezing" and the lack of updating stats.

clicking on the FAQ link gives:
    --------------
Why is there a limit on daily page views?
During the beta period Woopra will track a maximum of 10,000 daily page views. If your site exceeds that number, excess page views will not be tracked. This allows us to maximize the number of beta test sites on the servers and gives users a taste of how Woopra works, while keeping server overhead costs low during development.
    ---------------

I just got approved, a couple of minutes later after having put woopra all over my site I got to the limit :) Was fun to see the numbers grow I've never seen a more "fun" stats app.
But 10k is nothing for my site. Hopefully the 'beta' will get an upgrade soon, or at least give 'some' big sites a chance to see if woopra can handle the load :)
