Hi Guys,
new here, but I have a quick question.
Is a "pending for approval" for more than a week, normal?

We have more than 25,000 beta testers through our private invitation process. We may be opening up the door to more, and soon Woopra will be open to all, so stay tuned. Thank you for your enthusiasm and your patience.

I wonder... would that be Monday or Friday??? some time in between? I think this is a pretty sweet program, from what I can tell... and I want to show my boss... but I need to use it before I do that.

I wish you had an automated system like Google Analytics where you must create a file or add a meta tag to an existing file to prove you are the webmaster. As it stands today I have no idea how you're going to approve my websites since I have anonymous DNS records.

well... I have officially lost interest in this product. If it takes this long to get access to the product, its not in my best interest to make it a point to offer it to my clients.

Why is this not an automated process?

This aspect will need to improve before this product can be useful.

oh my geez... i have been waiting 7 weeks now(excluding the current week). apperently this week was sapposed to be a mass acceptance but i still dont see any act upon that word. I will be waiting till the end of the week and see if their promises are kept

Oh wow .. hope it doesn't take as long as some of you have had to wait for me to be "approved". Seems odd to have a publicy open beta and then not let people use it..

Thank you for your enthusiasm for the program. Woopra is not open beta. It is private. We will be approving more beta testers when resources become available. Sign up and be patient so you are first in line when the batch approvals come.

Woopra developers have been working overtime for the past month totally rewriting the server code and are upgrading it right now as we speak. Expect Woopra 1.2 Beta final release to be out in a few hours better than ever. Then we can turn towards including more beta testers again. Thanks!

Can you at least tell us where we are in the approval queue? So we can take a number and have a seat??? Tell us something a bit more constructive than, we'll get to you when we get to you. Now serving number 1549 and i'm number 23,457. That would at least help me gauge and plan a bit.

I can't even see what the product will do for me yet, but it looks great!!!

it has been almost 4 weeks, so I decided to send them an email. I don't think they will respond, I think they oversell themselves and they are not able to respond to yhe demand

I think they just had another round of approvals. My second site got approved after around a week :)

As has been explained, we release approvals in batches as resources become available. It is also important that those submitting their requests for approval realize that Woopra is in beta development. See How to Help Woopra and Woopra Members on the Forums for more details.
