  • Woopra stopped working today for about an hour ago, when i try to log in it says it has connected but then it stops when telling "Connected! Loading Website", it sust freezes there for about 2-3 minutes.

Does anyone else have the same problem today?

Here's a screencast from a login attempt, it has no sound but it shows what happens, nothing :( !

Yup, same thing here. Has been like this the whole morning... but I'm HAPPY... Because I hope this means new version (and mass-approval) very soon. :)

  • Okey, then I'm happy too! Woopra have made me a statistic-junkie, so I'm pretty shaken now! Need some stats now!! :D

I am getting this now - any resolution???

  • We had some problems with updating the server with the new version, but it should be working again. Clear your cache and try it again. Make sure you follow the Woopra Installation Guide exactly to ensure proper installation. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi.
For me, same problem. Woopra's application stops when telling "Connected! Loading Website".

    Thanks.

I'm getting this message as well - is this Woopra simply overloaded? I guess not because the 'basic' stats via the website are working ok.

I was soo excited about getting to see my stats in glorious technicolor too :(

  • Same here. Just got my approval yesterday, and downloaded everything fresh this morning, so I'm assuming I have all the latest versions (Java and Woopra).

I'm getting the same problem. I finally got the Linux version installed, but now it is giving me "Connected! Loading Websites..."

    Posted 5 months ago #
  • seems the system is overloaded.. i noticed that my user counting was steadily growing (sure sign that things were not working correclty), quite the client and restarted, now it's not connecting.

I'm still having the same problem. I'm using the Linux client, so maybe it is something to do with that.

Actually all that does is allow me to log in
At the moment it's saying no visitors which I know is wrong

It would be nice to get a bit of feedback from the Woopra team. We're all experiencing this problem and are willing to help if you need more info.

Same problem here, XP SP2, latest Java - both behind and in front of our proxy.

My guess is that the issue is with NAT ports or with corporate firewalls. Some documentation on network requirements would be useful. Consider this a 'me too' request for help.
