Stops at "Connected! Loading website..." when I try to login

    Barry, which Woopra version are you using?

    Barry, I'm in the same boat as you. Several weeks with no luck. Keep trying every few days, but otherwise I'm just sticking with google analytics.

    Could you guys tell us what platform OS/language/java version are you using?

    Jad Y - I'm using mac osx 10.5.4, english, java SE6, woopra 1.1.2.2

    The woopra client had been working for me, then stopped several weeks ago.

    Your websites are collecting data properly. I recommend that you try to uninstall/install woopra and java.. (The new release candidates work with Java5). Anyway.. I cannot confirm until I see your logs. Try running it from the command line with --debug arguments. Thanks!

    I'm using Vista, English, Java 6 Woopra 1.1.2.2
    Never been able to see anying other than the loading websites message.
    I tried the --debug option but no logs were produces (or I couldnt find them)

    I have been having issues for 2 weeks now - It just spins and spins and usually does NOT connect - what is happening????

    Do you have a firewall?

    I just checked your account and it's working properly

    Edit: same thing for bookboy.

    Elie K - my router firewall is turned on. However, it was always on, even when Woopra used to work.

    Jad Y - Sorry, I don't know how to run it from the command line with --debug arguments. I'm a bit new to the mac world.
