I've had this problem since launch while at work. It has been mentioned in a few topics on this forum but I've yet to see a response from their tech guys.
Some users think this is because it uses the same port as MSN and so might be blocked by corporate firewalls.
Waiting for clarification from Woopra and hopefully confirmation of a plan to change the port number. But as yet it feels like they're avoiding the issue!
