Suggention for Chat Funtion

I would like to that you add an option for the chat.

I have seen that when I use this function people tend to leave the site, I guess cause appears like a publicity or something or that they're don't know how to reply.

So What I would like to see in the next version is that when a visitor received the notification, the chat window should be more friendly, lets say "Click here to reply".

Also should have an information which tell the visitor that is the webmaster, so doesn't get scare and run away.

Also what about options so the visitor can choose not to be contacted in future visits?.

I have to agree with nehemoth -- people see the chat popup and they think they're about to get spywared or smurfed or some other awful thing.

What would be wonderful is a way to customize it and/or have it so that visitors can initiate the chat themselves -- maybe with a Woopra button saying "Chat with the webmaster" or something?
