First of all, great software! It's telling me a lot about my site and user's patterns to help me improve it.
When I first played with woopra, I found myself and tagged my IP. This worked well and I can see my "name" instead of "visitor #".
However, since then, I haven't been able to "tag" other users. I'm looking to tag co-authors of my wordpress blog so that I don't bother analysing their usage.
I can use "tag this visitor" and it changes the visitor name immediately for the current view I'm on. Then when I go to a different view/analysis page, the "name" disappears and is back to the "visitor #"
Anyone else experiencing this? or is it just me?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
