Tagging not working properly

    When I tag a visitor who's visited the site multiple times (say visitor #35 shows 12 times) when I tag one of the visits they all change however as soon as I search for something else or go to a different page the tags revert back to visitor #35. Some tagged visitors have been saved but even on those, I can't seem to rename them as they revert back.

    Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Or are others having this same issue?

    Now I'm thinking that the information we tag is saved, but doesn't show up until that visitor returns once again.

    Or I could be crazy, because this too, is possible.
