    I cannot ad my website as the system claims "The website you provided is already registered!". This is not the case - what du I do?

    I had to guess at your domain name since you didn't provide it. Is it tvmidtvest.dk? It was registered a year ago to a Peder in Denmark. Is that you? If not, I'll need your domain name to verify this information. Thanks.

    Sorry - and thanks. No - it is http://www.potter.dk

    I had it added to my account, but it did not work. So I deleted it to start all over. But now I cannot add it again.

    What can I do?

    Thanks for the domain name. That really helps. I show it registered to you. It doesn't show as deleted. Have you just added the Woopra JavaScript and installed Woopra and checked to see if it is working?

    Let me know. If that doesn't "activate" the account, we'll dig into this more.

    Thanx. But the my site does not show under my profile.

    At my Wordpress admin I se following error:

    The Woopra Plugin was not able to request your analytics data from the Woopra Engines
    Your hosting provider is not allowing the Woopra Plugin to fetch data from the Woopra Servers.
    WoopraXML::parse(162): No data entries.

    Help!!!

    You say my website http://www.potter.dk is registered to me - but id does not shop in my panel no more. So I cannot edit it or get the api? I deleted it because it did not word - and now I cannot add it agian....

    I'm looking into this and should have an answer soon. Right now, it shows it registered to you and ready to work.

    The WordPress Plugin, as mentioned in the forum, does not currently work for all WordPress installations. Please use the manual method until we have fixed it. Thanks.

    Thanks. But my site http://www.potter.dk does still not show as one of my sites in my Woopra account.

    It is not in my account and I cannot register it, because it says "already registred".

    Hope You will find a solution.

    Could you delete http://www.potter.dk so I can claim it again? Might be the best solution? Thanks.

    I am sure it would work if you delete http://www.potter.dk so I can submit it again. I have anoter Wordpress setup at the very same host and there are no problems at all.

    Is it possible yoyu can delete potter.dk so I can submit it again?

    Will it help if I pay? I don not mind having to pay - only I cannot pay now - my site cannot use Woopra.

    I thought we resolved this issue for you already. What's the current status? Were you able to see any of your sites when you log in?

    We're totally revising the administration area right now, so digging into the database is complex, but we'll have this finished soon. Bring me up to date on what worked and didn't on this issue.

    I have two sites - both wordpress - same plug in, same host... you name it.

    http://pottercut.dk works like a charme.

    http://www.potter.dk - did not work - so I deleted it from the admin. Then I wanted to add it again.

    And here is the problem: the system claims

    "The website you provided is already registered!"

    I am thinking: can you delete it for me... so I can add it?

    Registration and the ability to mess with all this is now closed up tight. We'll be reopening it in a couple days and you will be able to make all the changes you want. If it isn't fixable then, let me know and we'll unfix it. The database is locked up right now, so I can't get in to fix anything.

    And you think it makes YOU crazy. :D

    I thought our support person had contacted you by email. I checked and potter.dk was deleted and the person with "potter" as the username no longer has any sites registered to them. ibpotter has the website tvmidtvest.dk. I thought you said that this is not you. Is it?

    With two usernames and different information, it's hard to figure out which sites and usernames are the issues. Either way, potter.dk is deleted and no longer in our system. Try registering it again and let us know if this works for you. And please let us know if you are "potter" or "ibpotter" so we are clear about which account we are working with. Thanks.
