Actually, I even encountered this one!
What happens is, if you try to register a domain name that someone else has already registered, it gives this message.
This can be a real problem if someone puts in YOUR domain. Of course, they can't actually get the stats on your site, because they can't install the JavaScript, but it's still annoying as hell.
In the not too distant future we'll work on this issue. There are multiple potential solutions such as requiring a verification that the site is indeed yours, or simply expiring domain requests after a period of time when they haven't installed tracking, etc.
