    Hi!
My time zone is -3 and I already set that option in my site profile.
But Woopra desktop is showing it wrong.

Right now it's 12 am here, but Woopra desktop it's showing "hourly" traffic from 1am, 2am and 3am - so I guess it's 3am in the program.

How can I fix this? I realized this right now, so I guess all my stats are messed up :(
thanks in advance, and please bear my Englihs :)

I have the same type of problem. My timezone is set to +10.

It's 7AM here but the timeline is showing midnight to 9PM the day before. 9PM is the current "live" time on the timeline.

Going to a search, it shows the last hit as 8AM the day before when in fact is was 7AM today..... yet it tells me the last action was 10 seconds ago!!!

    What's going on here...???

    Well, I fixed it... :S

I changed the website timezone to 0 and restarted Woopra. I then set the website timezone to 11 and restarted Woopra... This set the time to 1 hour ahead (where the server is located)... progress... the time shows up as -58 minutes ago for recent visits.

I then set the website timezone back to 10 and restarted Woopra... It now appears to be working, showing the correct time.

Nice... Took me a few minutes to figure out what/where you meant by "setting website time". for those who dont know, members, and on the line for your website, click the timezone number itself, change it, restart, change it again, restart, set it at the correct value, restart and poof, correct time. Thx for playing around and figuring this out. I am sure that once they know a way to fix it they can figure out what is causing it.

  • Wow! This worked for me. I've been wanting to fix this for so long, but had not looked in the forums for a while. Thanks a lot.
