  Dashboard and Live views show different Timezones. Very Confusing!!

  Indeed this is - dashboard shows GMT here and the live view shows GMT+2 like setup in the account. Additionally a 24h-time would help a lot as we normally don't deal with AM/PM here in germany ;) Probably you could make it a setting in the client?
