Approval for turnkey website

I purchased a turnkey website one month ago. I'm only getting useless stats from statsdelivered2.com (daily visits to my site) I saw Woopra in my research and thought it would help me see if I bought a lemon or not. I'm not even sure if I can track its stats because I don't have access to the E-mail of the site. That's why I"m wondering if I will be approved and when.
The site was provided by above technology. I should give them a call but am unsure what the right questions would be.

This is also my first posting to any forum.

Contact them and be polite until they make the situation worse by not working out your problems.

Do you know where they are located ? maybe pay them a visit so you may get result quicker.

Finally if you paid for a site get access now or pull the payment.
