I posted this in the General Discussion forum when I thought it was just a curiosity, now I think it needs some troubleshooting.
When I'm viewing the live traffic I see the visit referrer as Google, Livesearch, or whatever. I also see the search terms. Once the visit expires from the live view and is displayed under the search tab of recent visitors the original referrer changes to woopra.com. The search terms are still there, just the referrer changes. Here are some screen shots of a particular visit to show what happens:
