Dear Woopra Team,
Let me start by thanking you guys! I am loving it! I never realized how much you could learn from watching visitors live on your website.
There is one thing though I haven't been able to get working. If I go to my website, I see myself come up in the Live panel - and I try to start a chat conversation. However nothing pops up - I've tried this in Google Chrome and Firefox (both latest stable releases).
Any idea why it is not working?

The live chat sometimes takes a few minutes to initiate if bandwidth is limited. The person you might want to chat with may not have JavaScript enabled or may have left the site. Have you tested it with yourself logged into your own site? You can chat with yourself. :D
We've just upgraded the server script, so testing is ongoing. Hopefully this hasn't impacted the live chat so watch the forum to see if others are having the same issue. We hope not, but that's the joy of testing and pain of being a beta tester.

Thank you Lorelle - I am trying to chat with myself (lol) - I have waited a long time - am on a fast 700 kbps real download speed connection and I am sure Javascript is enabled. Still nothing.

I've contacted the development team and they will test this. I'm having the same problem. It could be with the new JavaScript just updated as preparation for the next version of Woopra. I'll let you know as soon as I know what they know. :D

I read on another thread that it is not working, without any timeframe for fixing.
Understandable, but I'd like to say that it would be a great feature if the team at Woopra decides it can fix the problem.

I have the same problem .. chat is not working. I am on mac with latest release. Any solution for this would be of great help
