I would suggest that the visitor history be put on TOP of the navigation path in the live view (and below the visitor details). That way one can look at the entire history of the visitor and does not have to scroll down to the bottom of the navigation path (especially when the visitor has been to many pages!) before seeing whether it is the visitors first visit, etc. - or at least make it an option.
